We had a great day today. The National Museum of the Air Force in Dayton was really terrific. Unfortunately, we got there around 2 PM and only had three hours to explore. It was interesting if you are into planes but it is also an excellent US history museum. I would like to go back again sometime.
We are now set up on Wally Byam Way at the Airstream Factory in Jackson Center, Ohio. This is a lovely part of the country. The Factory has a campground where you can stay for only $10/night with full hookups! You can’t beat that. We are parked on Safari Circle. The interesting thing is that there are more motor homes here than trailers. Airstream didn’t even make/brand motor homes for that long.
We are looking forward to our tour of the Factory tomorrow. There is also a Bicycle Museum in town that we may check out. Then, we are off to Michigan.
